Please read these terms and conditions before subscribing to the CR4RE Monthly Real Estate analysis.

This monthly email analysis (referred to as "service") is owned and operated by CR4RE, LLC. While CR4RE, LLC will make an earnest attempt to provide reports to its subscribers at the beginning of every month, CR4RE, LLC cannot be responsible for computer and/or internet problems, or the incapacity of the Email's author, known as "Calculated Risk".

The contibutor known as "Tanta" may or may not contribute on a monthly basis to the Email.

A yearly subscription to the Service entitles subscribers to a minimum of 12 monthly email newsletters.

Please Note: Your Subscription will NOT be automatically renewed. You will receive a polite renewal request in 12 months.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF MATERIALS

The Email and all of its contents (collectively the "Intellectual Property"), may not be copied or distributed, or republished, uploaded, posted, or transmitted in any way, without the prior written consent of CR4RE, LLC.
EXCEPT: you may share these emails provided (1) you share one and only one email per person as a sample; (2) you provide a link to the signup site http://www.cr4re.com. Modification or use of the materials for any other purpose violates CR4RE, LLC's intellectual property rights.

PRIVACY POLICY

All registration records and information gleaned from your subscription to the email, if any, are the property of CR4RE, LLC. CR4RE, LLC reserves the right to use these records and this information for its own marketing or other purposes. No subscription information will be sold or otherwise provided to third parties.
